Making Returns

To return items please contact us in advance and instructions about the steps to follow will be emailed to you. You have up to 28 days from the date of receiving the items to return them.

Please see the Returns Policy below to find out more. All items must be in their original condition.

When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

A refund of the price of the goods will be made on receipt of the item in compliance with the Returns Policy. For all returns, except where the item is faulty or dispatched in error by us, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to Gamefish.

Returns Policy

Items may be returned without charge where they comply with the following conditions:

  • You have contacted us in advance to let us know you are returning an item

  • The goods are in a fully re-saleable condition

  • The goods must still have their original packaging and the original packaging must be intact.

Where a product is returned without complying with the above, Gamefish reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please remember you are not able to return items that have been used.

You are asked to check your purchase thoroughly upon receipt before disposing of the packaging.

On receipt of a returned item, Gamefish will refund the price of the item to the purchaser, or exchange the item or issue a credit note to the recipient. Refunds, where made, will be made to the credit/debit card that was used to make the original purchase.

Cancellations and exchanges

If you realise you have made a mistake and wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible using sales@gamfishltd.co.uk. In all other circumstances follow the Returns Policy.
