IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR NON-UK ORDERS
If you choose to not accept delivery of an order based on the importation costs then any delivery or shipping costs incurred by Gamefish will be deducted from any refund owed to you.

UK Delivery
We offer free delivery on all orders over £50 to mainland UK destinations.
International Postal Rates
We are pleased to offer a variety of services providing fast, insured delivery to anywhere in the world. The delivery time and charge for international orders depend on the destination, weight, value and size of the order. A base rate is charged at checkout. If you would like an accurate delivery charge please let us know what items you would like to order and the destination BEFORE ordering.
If you are ordering from abroad, the online ordering system gives you the option of asking us to quote for goods and postage before we charge for or despatch your order. Please note that all weights used to calculate a delivery charge include packaging.
All delivery times quoted are in working days (Monday to Friday).
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock at the point of ordering we will not charge for the item. We will contact you to give you an estimated time of arrival with the option to back order the item and post out free once in stock or cancel the order of the item.
Expected Delivery Times
If the wrong shipping method/class is wrong, we will manually correct it and inform you.
Orders dispatched using Royal Mail First Class will be sent on the same day up until 4 pm, you can expect purchases to arrive within 1 to 3 working days, (but please remember once the item has left Gamefish Ltd it is in the hands of the Post Office to deliver the item to your door within those time limits).
Orders dispatched via Courier (Large Items/Rods etc) should arrive within 1 to 2 working days of ordering (Mon-Fri).
Urgent orders should be placed before 10 am and we will endeavour to dispatch for "Next Day" delivery.
For all orders dispatched via our Couriers (large and bulky items), a signature will be required, please make sure there is somebody at your delivery address to receive your package and sign for it. Please note Couriers do not ship to PO Box Addresses.
Payment Terms
Payment should be made in full (including postage) at the time of order. Acceptable methods of payment are credit or debit card (please supply expiry date and where there is one, an issue number and/or a "valid from" date), cheque drawn on a UK bank, UK postal order (UK), international money order (in Sterling) or cash (Sterling). Please always use registered post (now Special Delivery in the UK) with cash.
Please note that we sell a huge variety of items and there is a limit to the number of different delivery charges our online system can calculate. Some orders (e.g. those going to outside mainland UK as mentioned above) or some items (e.g. boats) cannot be sent for the charge calculated by the system. If the delivery charge differs from that printed on your invoice we will contact you before charging or dispatching your order. If the delivery charge for specific items is already known to us (e.g. the haulage charge for boats) the price will be indicated in the product information on the website.
