Birchwood Casey Tru-Oil Crosse Finish - Finition de crosse de pistolet

Ordered Tru-oil from Gamefish and it arrived quickly. I have had my Beretta EELL for 17 years and had never re-oiled the stock, but decided to have a go with Tru-oil. Basic instructions are on the bottle, but it was so easy to apply with fingers and rubbing into the wood with your palm. The grain of the wood really comes alive and after two coats has dried to an impressive glossy sheen. Looks like a different gun -such a good product.

For the past few years I have been using Tru-oil on the mandolin family instruments I build and find it a very good finishing product which is easily applied and produces a very satisfactory and long-lasting finish.

I use this for finishing electric guitars as I have no facility for nitro celluoseing.
